INGREDIENTS
2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped
1 small jalapeno, grilled, seeded and diced
2 Tablespoons red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro or thai basil, chopped
1 lime and 1 lemon, zested and juiced
a pinch kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix together all ingredients and
serve at room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
